Hand-baked sourdough and hand-stitched linen — every loaf, every bag, made with care.
Our Story
Morning Crumbs became official in April 2026, but the story really started in the spring of 2025, when my little guy was just learning to crawl. Like a lot of new moms, I loved being home with him — and I also needed something of my own to pour into. That’s when my mom introduced me to sourdough. She handed me a jar of her starter, taught me her rhythms, and I was hooked. There was something about the slowness of it — the long rise, the patient shaping — that I could do with my baby in my arms.
What started as one quiet hobby has grown into something I never expected. I find so much joy in the act of baking — and just as much in hearing the way others enjoy my breads. Thank you for being part of it. I’m so happy to bake for you and your family.
And thank you to my favorite crumb makers, Kyle & Louis.

Why Sourdough
Have you ever picked up a loaf of store-bought bread and wondered how it can sit on the shelf for weeks? For me, the answer was always a little unsettling — long lists of preservatives, dough conditioners, and ingredients I couldn’t pronounce.
Sourdough brings it back to the basics. Flour. Water. Salt. That’s the whole list. The slow fermentation does all the heavy lifting, which is often why sourdough sits gentler in the stomach than commercial bread. No mystery additives, no two-week shelf life — just real bread, made the way it’s been made for centuries.
What I Use
I keep a little list of the tools I reach for on every bake day — the Dutch oven, the banneton, the bread lame, all the small things that make a difference.
